My vehicle was there from 8:30am to 5:00pm. My car was not cleaned. And there was oil or se substance on my door and seat. When the manager attempted to remove the substance from the door it did not work.

Everything was completed in a timely manner and I got a car wash, as always Mr James Owens makes you feel so much like family and when he advise you on what needed for your vehicle, you trust him without question , I feel confident that he is going to do the very best that can be done concerning your vehicle. . Mr. Owens is the man; he is not only professional in his approach to customers,he makes his customers feel like coming back.He is friendly.The service I received was worth it. One question, As MVA would not allow me to renew my car rgistration unless the airbag recall issue is resolved ,did the work you did on my car solve the problem because May 30,2022 is the expiration date ? I ask this question because I am told that some auto part was ordered to complete the job; can thejob be finished before or by the expiration date? Thanks, Mr.Okoro

My appointment was never made even though I made the appointment and spoke with the service department. I brought my car in for a oil change and tire rotation and my oil meter was never reset. I needed to add on a service for brakes and was told this would take longer than a day and no loaner vehicles were available. I was told if I wanted the service I would have to wait for a loaner car and they were not sure the time frame. I am very highly disappointed and will probably never return for service of my vehicle.
