I would have liked to been informed about the progress of service without having to initiate the call. My vehicle was in for 4 days before I found put its status. It would be another week before completed and I had to initiate all calls abput the status.

James Owens refuse toservice my vehicle although I had an appointment I came to the service department on two occasions,I assume that is why clients make appointments,1 ha e been a a costumer for the pass 34 years n I am very disappointed . Thank you

The mechanic that worked on my vehicle in rotation of my tires broke one of my wheel locks and now I have 2 try 2 replace one or buy the complete set from Mcgard that might not have that particular lock set anymore. I feel that since he broke it he should replace the set of 4 or rein burst me for the set n the shipping cost.

You kept my car for over a month, before letting me know what then issue was. Never let me know what the issue was, the mechanic said he just wants to put a new engine in. Without giving me a full description of the problem. The service here is not great and lacks professionalism. Especially when I bought the car from here and also had to pay $560 just to get my car back and taken somewhere for quality service, who was able to look at car and diagnose the problem in less than 24 hours of having my car. If your mechanics don’t know how to fix Lincoln cat maybe they should be working for Lincoln service department.

Mr. Turner is excellent at what he does. I purchased my truck in 2015 and there's never been a time that he wasn't courteous and professional. I thank him for all there care and knowledge of vehicle. Kudos to management for employing Mr. Turner. Respectfully Ms. Newman-Warren
