I've been coming there for years. This time I had to get a rental car instead of a loaner. I told them I couldn't afford it and try to work me in quickly. I had to keep calling to ask when my car would be done. $75] rental later i was able to pick up my car. Along with a $3800 fee for my car repairs which I'm not sure I needed all of what they said. Needless to say I think I need to look for some place else. I've spent a lot of money there for many years and this was ridiculous.

Hello, I was very pleased with the assistance from Mr Akers who was very professional and attentive to what I came into the dealership for. This type of professionalism is very seldom seen in today's society. So kudos to Mr Akers and please do see that he is recognized and that his actions were taken to heart! Mr McCray

Overall the customer service at this dealership is not good. The last 5 times I have been in for service or repairs after spending thousands of dollars I have left upset each time. I have 2 other vehicles of different makes and the customer service at the other dealerships is like night and day. I'm done with East West Lincoln. Gerald P
