The cashier is extremely rude, unpleasant and unprofessional. It appears she does not like people or her job. The last few times I came in for service, I had the same bad treatment from her! She never greets or thanks me. You should give her proper customer support training. This reflects poorly on her superiors and supervsion - in fact the entire dealership. I actually dred interacting with her and this should never be for your customers. As a long time repeat customer I remember the former cashier and she was the exact opposite. I always had pleasurable experiences with her. You can and should do better for your customers.
