Great team. Just a little slow response getting the car picked up. I always say I don’t need a rental but no one listens and when call with appointment lady always says I have a rental for you. What’s up with that?

I bought my vehicle back due a little shacking from brakes. I felt something different than before and once my vehicle was return after reviewing any issues I felt it was corrected they must have tightened things differently than before when brakes were previously fixed!!!

My driver side window still has a whistle sound. The service advisor indicated the window was adjusted but I am assuming no test drive was conducted to confirm the issue was resolved. This window whistle sound has been reported since the first service. Each time my car is brought in for service, the issue still remains. I find this experience for a $100,000 car unacceptable. There should not be any wind/whistle noises entering the cabin of the vehicle.
