Mike Turner is absolutely great. Very knowledgeable and helpful. He's actually the reason why I still go to your dealership. A few things that could improve are 1) services are too slow. It's been times when I spent 6-7 hours there. 2) very rarely you get a loaner car to tie me up until car is repaired. 3) You have got to open weekends. Thank you.

Everything went smooth however at the end of my visit there was some confusion with the location of my vehicle. Also the free car wash at the end is not noticeable, there were missed spots and so on.
