As a longtime Lincoln customer, I was impressed with the new text message system, as an effective form of informing me when my vehicle was ready. Mr. Owens was very helpful and filled me in on the status of my car appropriately.

Start with making the people that are suppose to lead by example of your representative of your company not great at all. Michael is excellent. Dennis needs to go back into customers relation training on how to speak to people

Nice waiting room and friendly staff. However, online reservation system allows for appointment times not early enough to complete the maintenance. Had I not called to see if I could come early, my maintenance would not have been completed.

The gentleman was not only precisely on time, but extremely courteous and helpful; He explained what would be done and a timeline of when I may get my car back; when they called me back to return my car - again he was timely; courteous and the transaction was the easiest I have ever been involved with when it came to my automobiles
