I was lied to by your personal information charge of reserving loaners and I would like to know if she has any similar complaints. This is very bad for your business .This incident occurred to me on my last visit. And it really left a bad taste in my mouth ref to my relationship with East West

I was not pleased with the overall customer satisfaction experience. I was told that my car would be ready in a short amount of time this time into two days I was provided with the rental car that was not like my vehicle I was totally uncomfortable with driving this vehicle. When I was told that I would receive a phone call so I can come and pick up my vehicle I never received a phone call I ended up having to call Matt wants but twice the first time being told that my car was blocked for another vehicle that had to be fixed with more importance. I ended up having to contact and asked to speak to the manager to find out what is going on with my car I manage the insured me that although they closed I find that my car would be ready at that time. This was the worst customer service experience that I've ever experienced in my 35 years of owning a Lincoln mercury. I would appreciate if someone did respond back letting me know that the survey was actually seen with human eyes. ****-****-xxxx
