I was the first vehicle there at 7.30 am didn't get mt vehicle back until 10.45 and i waited in the waiting room for 3hours for a oil change

Mr Owens is wonderful and so on top of his job, because of mr Owens care and always professional I am not comfortable to go anywhere else, he has taken care of 3 Lincoln's for my family,we get the best of service, when mr Owens give you a price you can trust him, your service department is awesome. The mechanic lied about the services he performed on my vehicle! I took the my Lincoln Navigator in for a oil change, tire rotation and multi point inspection. Tires were not rotated and brakes were not checked. I have evidence that proved he did not perform these task and when I proved it he got mad and stormed off!
