Hadn’t been to East West in awhile. Husband usually took the car back to the dealership. Too far for me and husband was in hospital. When arrived Michael assisted me and handled everything. He even got me a ride home while the car was being repaired. Called to advise the car was ready and left a message that I clearly understood. He arranged a ride for me to pick the car up on the next day. Provided excellent service, which I was expecting

I am not satisfied with the coverage from Lincolin with only 38,000 miles on my car I feel the factory warranty is not long enough. This will be the desiding factor of me buying a new car.
