Every person I encountered who worked there, especially Michale Turner and Erica, were so helpful, efficient, nice, and genuine. The cost was a good value with the service special price you were running. The popcorn and wifi access was great too - thank you! I will definitely be back again.

Couldn’t redeem my accumulated “bonus dollars.” When quizzed, the cashier responded with a confusing and circular reasoning “explanation.” Something about today’s charges were already calculated at “the discounted rate.” They could be Refigured at “regular” rates and then bonus $ applied. HUH? Silly me - thought bonus $ were like money- in- the- bank, just waiting to be applied at next service visit, as an enticement for customer to make that next visit. NO? Cust has to request two-way figuring? Something doesn’t make sense here. Sales tactic of Bait and switch comes to mind.
