Mike accomplished what 3 other shops couldn't. The problem was diagnosed, accurately and repaired. The price was in line with what I expected and I was not surprised when I arrived to pay. I was not overcharged and I was not oversold. He was professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable and considerate throughout the whole process.

The personnel are very nice. There was a misunderstanding regarding replacing two tires. I was given a quote for Goodyear. For reasons unknown to me Michelin tires were put on without my permission. The cost difference was 150.

I waited in line outside 45 minutes. My car wasn’t ready until 4:45 pm and I arrived at the dealership at 7:36 am. I brought my car in for an oil change and it took half day. I would like faster service when dropping off and picking up my car. Thanks
