Mike is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!!!!!! Great customer service skills and his knowledge of what needs to be done is impeccable!!!! He's always busy but takes the time to talk to everyone without rushing to the next person. As a former Jaguar owner, I was used to great service but the service I receive from Mike tops it! I also appreciate JW! Very courteous and always such a gentleman and great driver! I'm loving my LINCOLN experience! Now if I could only afford the new Navigator! It's a beautiful vehicle! #someday ????
