Mr. Turner was very courteous and helpful. When my car was towed in I was informed of it’s arrival. Was later informed of problem and corrective action. I live in Florida but usually get my car serviced at East West Lincoln prior to returning home because of the GOOD service.

Representative was very courteous, informative and helpful. The time to complete the service 4 hours was quite annoying and most uncomfortable for routine tires installation. 7:30am until 12:30pm. And I was there when service Dept opened. -fourth inline. Nice waiting area, free donuts and coffee but wait time is too long.
