Mr Owens had the brakes adjusted providing me a greater comfort for safety. I appreciate Mr Owens for making every car one of satisfaction for Lincoln drivers. I applaud Mr Owens.

2 and 1/2 hours is a bit long for an oil change,but that isn't Mikes' fault.After work was done,truck was moved outside where it sat for about 1/2 hour and no one touched it.Only when I asked if there was a reason it was sitting outside,(I was told it was waiting to be washed),then it was moved into the Wash bay.Mike apologized by text,but was he responsible? It's going downhill guys.

Although I was WELL taken care of with Mr Luke doing a fantastic job, I wish to bring the auto back to Service to recheck the brakes. The concern is that the brakes depress almost to the floor. It takes a moment to sense when the auto will stop. Will bring it in Monday or Tuesday for checking.

I would have like to wait but the waiting time was more than 2 hour. I think that needs to be improve or a loaner car should be provide. I need to be at work and not be provided with a shuttle home.

Michael was great. My vehicle was washed, but the tires were dirty. The loaner that was delivered was in immaculate condition. I received my vehicle back and there are 2 small scratches present now. I have taken pictures of this.

I am happy about the outcome of the services. However, I feel that East-West is not up the staff necessary to efficiently offer the Pickup and Drop off program. It's a great idea but there should be a real staff to make the program do what it is advertised to do. One person gets sick and the whole program goes into ineptitude. That is not good. I truly hope that this gets fixed. Peace
