Presently using the rental car Ms. Erica has been very efficient in having the paperwork ready. There of been times because of other commitments I have had to change the Recert date and she has been accommodative.

They kept my car for a week while waiting on a part. Once the part came in, I took my car back in and they had it for few hours. They called to let me know that my car was finished, I went to pick my car up, they gave me my keys went to my car and the issue was not fixed. I showed the service guy, they took my car back and resolved the issue. I was not happy that I had to wait when they should have made sure my car was ready before they called me. I thought the service was terrible.
