Jamie was friendly and professional.
We do need to bring car back in as it's stalling a bit still, but Jamie called us back quickly and arranged a good time to bring car back. He's an excellent employee, you should hire more like him.
Separately, I did witness a fight between two of your mechanics and a blonde woman (another employee) it was rather extreme, and it looked as if she was trying to diffuse the argument.
The argument seemed very heated.
