Rafael was awesome, he updated the Bluetooth software of my car and managed to get it done very smartly and efficiently. My waiting time was shorter than originally planned. I am completely happy with Rafael and Sierra Subaru service

Jaime was generally helpful, but overall my experience with Subaru has been not good at all. There were so many times where I felt like I was left completely unhelped. I had no help whatsoever when my car broke down while driving it after picking it up from Subaru. I would have expected them to drive the car to make sure it worked before turning it back over to me.
It’s just a bit strange to me the level of service you get for the amount you pay. I paid them $1000 to get two car keys made and the service was not good.
Every time I called it was sort of a “well that’s your problem” communication. It could’ve been dealt with much better. I probably will not buy a Subaru again. I am currently selling my car.

Everyone at Subaru was helpful. Chris was able to schedule work at 9:30 when I called with a service request. Victor Was great , he determined when car would be ready and gave me periodic updates about the progress .
I was explained very clearly and detail by Victor. only one thing was he forgot to follow up the car wash which he promised for me.i didn't notice until I got home so I didn't ask him
It was fine but not extraordinary. The rep, although correct, was not great at helping with some bad parts and getting a convenient price on a seat repair. He went by the book and that set. Not an extra mile at all.
I went back to your dealership looking for better services. I didn't get it. To be fair to you I don't think that Subaru en general has good service department here in SoCal.

He was courteous and direct. He inadvertently forgot to get back to me on price for screen upgrade on display panel, but this was just an inquiry... no worries. I do hope to go in for just an oil change and wheel alignment one time without having to spend that little extra each time...????
