It was great service, but it wasn’t extraordinary.. my service time was well outside of the estimated wait time. And the person assisting me in front did not make me feel very welcome.

Quick note- please stock water for guests that have to wait more than an hour. I was there for 7 hours, no water. Just a suggestion. Don’t give me any COVID19 excuse please!
Victor is amazing! He kept me updated. He answered every question I had. He reassured me my car is in good hands and he made sure I was taken care of. He had great communication. I didn’t feel like I left stranded or I had to figure out my ride situation. This guy is amazing asset.

Victor was courteous and worked hard but unfortunately my entire visit was poorly managed and we discussed with Candis too. After arriving promptly at 7:15am for a 730am appointment, at approximately 1030, I asked for a status update. Moments later Victor drove my car to the drop off area and instead of it being done, he told me the child car seats needed to be removed so the tech could get to the fuel pump - three hours later and only my oil has been changed and WHY wasnt I asked upon arrival to remove my car seats. The tech also didn’t relatch my rear seat belts - poorly executed all the way around.
