After a long battle with Subaru of America to get my headlight and door handle replace. They did not fill out the report right and mis diagnose my car. They took a month to order my door handle when I took it in to get it fixed. They broke my indoor handle and I had to wait again for parts. After all part and policy issues were resolved and my car was finished. They returned my car filthy as if it was driven windows down through a sand storm. I had to spend the rest of my day detailing my own car. Worst service I’ve ever experience in a official dealership. I will be taking my business else we’re from now on.
Steven was very helpful with my service today. He answered all my questions and I was in and out of there in less than 2 hours. Great service as always!
Very courteous & professional
My dashboard was put back incorrectly—a vent is misaligned & the button is very difficult to reach. Additionally, my things were strewn around and my AUX cord was damaged. Overall, I wasn’t super impressed with the service.
Stephen Gomez and Samantha a product specialist made sure my list of issues with my car were checked and then helped me figure out why my Android auto was not working.
A separate comment-- It is not great that the software needed to use the console in a subaru is dependent on a third party software that doesn't work on all phones.

I waited almost four hours and I had an appointment! The service guy said they ‘got backed up’, but obviously I went to the end of the line. Doubt I’ll be
back.
I told them not to touch the console, I needed my clock changed but not to touch anything else. When I got in the car the radio was on & it took me 15 min to figure out how to fix it. I am not computer savvy.
This Subaru Service Center is professional, courteous, and friendly!! I drive all the way from Hollywood because I am treated with respect and kindness!!
