Jamie was fantastic. Jamie listened, found the issue and is able to take care of the problem that I had taken it to Subaru of Glendale for without any attempt by them to find and resolve the issue. Subaru of Sierra Madre will be getting my business from here forward

Hello - Very happy that Rafael was able to help get the issue with my car fixed. Very grateful for his help along with the team at Subaru Monrovia. Although I was very pleased that the issue was fixed, I just wished the communication was a little better. I requested to get updates several times but had to reach out or leave messages to get the updates. I understand I am not the only customer but I believe it’s a part of good customer service. Overall I am happy with the service and will continue to bring my car there for future services. Thanks!
