Communication needs to be worked on between service workers and customers. I was constantly having to call and to just be put to voice mail. I also needed to talk my way into receiving a loaner vehicle which should have been offered immediately if the time table for a diagnosis for the vehicle was going to take a whole week. All in all, there really was not a high quality customer service experience at this location which should be deserving when purchasing a brand new vehicle no matter if I got it from a different dealer.

I am very please with the promo service provided today, the person helping me was courteous and patient with me when I complained to him the last time I was there there after I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance, I was told Subaru did not have the parts for the recall. Then I waited 3 hours for the ride home. This time I arranged my own ride home. On top of all, no one apologized as I had to take time off from work. Lots of improvement this time.
