Took about 3 hours since I signed paperwork when dropping off and signing to pick up. I asked to have my suspension looked at because it is making noise. I specifically mentioned when and how it makes noise. When picking up my car service advisor told me everything has been checked and “tightened” I was watching as they worked on my car. After the belly cover was removed and literally thrown on the floor but not before dropping every single screw removed one at a time. The lube tech disappeared for 20 min before even removing the drain plug.

Terrible experience. I feel robbed. I needed help with warranty, and because I have an AOS system. Other Subaru dealerships, states that warranty should not be void just because of a catch can/ air oil separator setup (this is done ultimately to avoid further carbon build up and hopefully ringland dailure. Rafael refused to help further. Rafael went ahead and voided my warranty claim. And basically acted like a complete ****. I know I may be out of luck, by applying an AOS. But Rafael, refused to help further.
