I was told it will take 2 to 3 hours for a oil change even with appointment made 4 days before. I was kind disappointed first but no other choice but wait, luckily they finished it any 1 hr 40 minutes

Was able to get my car back in no time. However I did notice a scratch on my bumper that was never there before. Might have been one of the techs but it’s nothing to be upset about. Overall great service and will bring it back again!

I did not appreciate being told by a female Monrovia Subaru representative who booked my appointment over the telephone on the morning of Monday, January 4, 2020, that I would be provided with a loaner vehicle when my car was being serviced for a recall. The promise of a loaner vehicle is the primary reason I booked my service appointment with Monrovia Subaru as I did not want to wait for my vehicle due to COVID safety concerns. Unfortunately, when I arrived for my service appointment at 7:30am on Wednesday, January 6, 2020, I was informed by Jaime Vega that there were no loaners available. I explained to him that I had come to my appointment expecting a loaner vehicle based on what I was promised over the phone on Monday. He insisted that there were no loaners available and that my other option was to get a rental through Enterprise but would have to pay for tax and insurance which was not what I was promised over the phone. Had I known that Subaru Monrovia what not provide me with a loaner, I could have possibly made other arrangements to not have to wait for my car. I ended up having to wait around the service department over 3 hours for my car when I had not planned to wait at all. My paperwork also noted a promise time for completion at 10:00am, but it was not completed until nearly 11:00am.
I loved that the service was completed so fast! Also that the service advisor was very professional, courteous , and really kept me informed.
