Not sure I would have used the word “extraordinary” but one of the reasons I bought a Subaru was the expectation that things would hold up. Since the battery was replaced in 2018 I have had at least 4, maybe 5 episodes of problems with the battery - I was told it was replaced in spring 2020 but it was not. So you may want to consider using a different battery - I know of two other Subaru owners who reported the same problem - so thank you for replacing this - I appreciate that and I appreciate the pick up and deñivwry service during the pandemic. Thank you

Service department took me right in with a low tire warning, found a nail and repaired it. Because it would take a couple hours, I was given a ride home by Lyft. When I returned, there was no charge since I bought the car there. Great experience!

Victor was really nice. But when I got my car back it was filthy inside and out. I was rather surprised. I had to take my car for a detail as who ever worked on the car left a lot dust and dirt on the car seat. I was very disappointed.
Other than that I was appreciate that Sierra helped cover the costs of the car rental and helped me return the vehicle.
Everyone was very polite. When the service desk thought my car would take longer than usual he offered to Lyft me home and back.
