Jaime, is an extraordinary service man! This is my 3rd Subaru I was always look forward to seeing Jaime when my car needs service. He’s friendly and makes you feel welcomed to the Subaru family. You guys need to include Jaime in your “Subaru of Monrovia” commercial as an important member of the team long after the sale of the vehicle. I’m just saying.
On 12/29/20 , I have an appointment for my car for 6 months service -Mr. Rafael Ibarra is the one who entertained me in the counter for registering my car. He helped me to replace my wiper blade which I thought is not under warranty anymore but he assured me that he will try to help me out. With this little things , I am sure that he is trustworthy, honest & very courteous man the way he treated his customers. Hope he stay there for a long time.

Would like an update on the 3rd? Head send unit as the radio still turns off and on reportedly, even to unsafely cause the reverse camera to intermittently stop working! Again, and again. Uggh. Lord help me.
On my way home, I discovered that you had left the hood latch on the vehicle unsecured. It was not completely closed. To me, that’s a rookie mistake, and doesn’t give me much confidence in you or your service department. Also, the fact that I had to call you after waiting nearly 30 minutes that no one on your side had called a Lyft, when you assured me that you would, is not great in the customer service realm. Sorry, you kind of failed this test.
