I can’t remember the gentleman who had helped me the last time that I brought my car in, but my most recent visit I was helped by Victor and he was very assertive, helpful and followed up with every request I had for my service. A much better experience than last time that I felt I was just another number coming in the door. Thanks Victor, my car is all dialed in and you managed to communicate all my asks and needs to the guys in the shop.
