It was my first time meeting Jaime Vega, although I had been assigned to him at the time of my vehicle purchase by George Lin. Jaime explained everything that that my first Maintenance/Service Visit would include and because I had purchased the 8 year pre-paid Service Maintenance package, there would be no charge for this visit. My vehicle was promised to me in approximately 1 1/2-2 hours as I would be waiting in your comfortable waiting area. I believe it was under 2 hours for the work on my vehicle to be completed. Jamie was professional, thorough and efficient. So far all of my personal contacts with Sierra Subaru have been EXTRAORDINARY! Thank you!

I asked for courtesy Car wash service, but wasn’t available, I was told there would be a wash voucher but when I was given the car I was told there weren’t anymore. I’m very disappointed
