We brought in the vehicle and indicated issues with low tire pressure..,technicians check the air pressure and said we were good; my wife had mentioned a possible nail or screw in the right rear tire,..and then had to go out to point it out to the tech...

Steven is polite but he doesn’t follow through with communicating with me. He promises to call by a certain date to give an update and I end up calling him. Also, when asked what is going on with the vehicle he gives conjectures that don’t end up to be true. It would be more appropriate for him to exercise caution in what he is saying maybe going on with the vehicle.

My car was sitting finished and ready to go for 30min and I received no phone call or update, like I was told would happen. I had to find someone and asked to get my car.
