The personnel I interacted with were polite, prompt,
efficient and pleasant.
The car was towed in because it would not start. I was told it was due to a bad battery. I was told the charging system was operating just fine. However, the battery is only 1 year old. Sierra charged it. I took it to Auto Zone where I bought the battery and it tested fine. Obviously there must be a low drain on the battery to run it down and that was not checked. The dead battery is a symptom of another problem not the cause of the car not starting.
Also I was told that the bad battery was the cause of other problems I am having yet this was the third time the car was in for the same issues.
Jaime is knowledgable, professional and has great people skills. Give that guy a raise!
