Service was fine but it would be nice if bottled water was available. Very uncomfortable with masks..we had our own water, but it was in the car. We had 2 recalls and they were unsure if the parts were available. Fortunately they were as this was our 2d trip to the shop. Last week the wait was too long and the parts weren't available anyway.
Service was good explained what was done however it doesn’t match what is on my Subaru acct. work on order form says not complete and online states it is completed
I should have been kept up to date on status of my car and should have been given better formation about the work to be performed.

Waiting 3 hours then dept told us that incorrect part was ordered for the car. Shouldn't have to wait 3 hours to find out I waited for no service to be completed. Very upset that I spent my day off with car still not fixed
After I was told my battery was low after service during my service, my car does not start.
Rafael communicated with me the process of the service and asked about the concerns if any that I had. He took care of the problems without hesitation and kept me updated on the progress of the vehicle. He also made sure the software was updated on the radio, since that was one of the concerns.
Rafael was awesome. It was my wife and I smoothest and most positive experience getting our car serviced. We felt taken care of, properly informed and treated like valued customers. I've always had a good experience here but it definitely exceeded my wife's expectations since dealing with recalls and having our car serviced can be a hassle.I appreciate the care taken and will continue to be loyal customers while telling all who will listen.
