I didn't even get a complimentary car wash. But Rafael is very nice and very professional. He arranged my puck up to and from my house when my car was ready.

Excellent service was provided by Jaime. Right from the start he was very helpful offered drop off services ((thank you) and offered pick up if needed. He was able to offer a discount on services. There was an issue with my voucher from Suburu and with no hesitation deducted the amount and stated he would follow up directly with Suburu. He called and texted with updates. My car was ready before the time I was told. This was the first repair service of my 6 yr old Outback not only do I have a good car I know good service was provided starting with Jaime and the rest of your Suburu team. ????
