I had the misfortune of having my oil dip stick broken after taking my Forrester in for a regular oil change.
The situation was not handled well and after much frustration and aggravation, the service mgr finally agreed to provide a replacement oil dip stick which was ordered. I was told by Service Mgr. she would call me to advise me on it's delivery to the dealership.
In addition to this, non of the service techs placed the customary reminder sticker on my inside windshield advising me on my next service date/mileage??? I drove back to the dealership and informed Victor is this and he took care of it.
Needless to say, it was not a good experience but worse of it was that it could have easily been handled in a much more professional manner.
I became very upset at the attitude of "indifference" and trying to get me to pay for the dip stick when I explained to Victor the fact that the car was having it's first oil change done since I purchased the vehicle in Feb. of this year. I had personally checked the oil in my car 2 months ago so I knew the dip stick was not broken prior to taking in for service on 5/18/21.
Rafael went above and beyond what was required to make sure I was happy and felt taken care of. I really appreciate his level of service. I had a very positive experience.
