It was good not extraordinary
Victor did a good job helping me out, but the guys doing the oil change did a sloppy job, the spilled oil in my car when they gave it an oil change and didn't clean it up before giving it to me so when I got home the cars engine was creating a foul smoke that made me get worried about my new car. I'm not sure if you guys have professional people doing the job but I've had hundreds of oil changes anywhere else and that has never happened. Thanks to victor for fixing the issue when I drove back to the dealer.

Victor is friendly and kind. He explained everything clearly and was helpful. Victor was respectful of my time when calling back to communicate what was happening with my car. Catharine who assisted me with the loaner car is also helpful and friendly. I appreciate the warm and family-like feeling that both Victor and Catherine provided.

Service schedule was on time , I was informed what needs to be checked to restore my a/c and made sure that it may be done as soon as possible . Steven was excellent. He updated me throughout the process, which I really appreciated since my car requires quite a bit of work. At other dealerships I’ve needed to call for updates and often reached voicemails, even at luxury dealers like Mercedes Benz. But Steven always reached out first and kept me informed. I can’t imagine taking my Subaru anywhere else anymore.
