The information explained to me was not consistent with what was reported on the documentation received. Specifically, the associate stated my wheel bearings would need to be replaced at $700 when the documentation stated one bearing. In addition, he stated the transmission problem was fixed but thw documentation stated there was no problem with the transition. I also felt that staff was not courteous or welcoming. I thought there would've been some effort to accomodate a loyal customer stuck at the facility for 5 hours With two small children but there was none. And in the end I was lied to and treated like a simpleton most likely because I was a woman. I believe that will be my last time at Sierra Subaru.

Job was done FAST. Thanks. I called 800 number to report that I believe that AC was defective from factory. It is 3 yo car. My Toyota’s never had AC issues even after 15 years
