Raphael was extremely helpful with my service today. Additionally, I was provided a Lyft to my home after dropping off my vehicle. Durint the Lyft, I left an item in the car after being dropped off. Upon the driver returning the item to the dealership, the service department contacted me to inform me that the item was in their possession and would include it with my keys when I picked up the vehicle. Top notch service all around.
The check in process was smooth. The staff was friendly and attentive. They finished my car within the estimated time that they originally told me the work would get done.
I need someone to call me ASAP. You guys didn’t screw on the bottom tray that is under the oil pan. Now it’s broken because your techs didn’t do their job correctly.
