Took my vehicle for an oil change, was greeted as soon as I came in. Offered car service to get back home while it was being worked on. Had I know the service was going to be so timely I would have waited I was pleased to go get my car and it had been washed.

Rafael was great - very thorough, attentive, and understanding. $800 for routine maintenance is unconscionable though. It'd be cheaper to sell the thing and buy a new one! Probably won't be coming back.

First time visit to Sierra Subaru service center. Was greeted promptly when I pulled in the driveway, then directed to the service office where Rafael further assisted. He did an excellent job in communicating what service my car required and assured me that if I had any thoughts or questions, he would be happy to assist. When my car was ready, Rafael quickly rounded up my paperwork, handed me the keys and showed me to my car waiting just outside the office.
I'll be back for my 18,000k service.
