My experience at Monrovia started off to a great start until the loaner vehicle got a fly tire heading back to pick my car up from device. When I arrived Steven G.was very nice and understanding, I had some issues with the information provided about me having to cover the flat tire but Thankfully Candis D and Steven worked with and provided exceptional customer service. This is why I bring my car to Subaru Monrovia even though it’s 30 miles from my house.

Rafael Ibarra was super helpful, friendly, and kind from the moment I arrived to drop of my car for service. He originally estimated the recall repair would take 3-4 hours. I was with my 3 year old son and had no one to pick us up so I said I might need to reschedule because waiting that long wouldn’t be easy with a toddler. Rafael accommodated us so graciously and changed the estimate to 1.5-2 hours which is what I was prepared for. He called me 1.5 hours later to let me know my car was ready. I was surprised because the time flew by and I expected to wait longer. I am so thankful for Rafael’s stellar customer service and I appreciate his willingness to help me by expediting my appointment as much as possible. Thank you, Rafael!
