I provided a video for one of the issues I was experiencing with my vehicle because after my last visit this was suggested. However, when I sent Rafael the video as an email as he requested he did not even look at it to tell the technicians what to listen for. When I returned and asked him what he thought of the video, he looked at his email and said he would send it to management which I doubt since he did not even bother to look at it initially. He said the technicians were not able to replicate the groaning and creaking sound I have been hearing on the driver’s side of the car but the moment I turned out of the lot I heard the creaking sound. This is the second time I have brought it in and been told the sound cannot be replicated yet I hear it right after driving off.
He was very kind and explained everything what was done.
