I had a great service yesterday. But I was confused as to what to do when I pulled up to the service lane at first. The service advisor walked to the cars behind me but not mine. I suppose, I was to walk into the service booths inside the building first.
I’ll be 73 years old in a few days. I’ve had many different cars in my lifetime . A 67’Pontiac GTO , a 69 Porsche 911, and a BMW , before a series of mini vans both foreign and domestic. I’ve had to deal with many dealerships and service departments throughout the years. My 2018 Crosstrek that I purchased from Sierra Subaru is hands down one of the best cars I’ve ever owned and the service at Sierra , is by far the best service that I’ve ever experienced..

No one informed me my oil change was completed. I had to ask around for an update after waiting 45 mins past my estimated time of completion. I will not be returning to this dealership.
Went two hours beyond the estimated time of 1 o’clock, wouldn’t answer my phone calls or return my calls, took almost an hour to arrange a ride, and all in all caused me to miss a doctors appointment at 4 o’clock. Most disturbing was the non-return of calls for updates which I didn’t start asking for until 2 o’clock, and the difficulty of arranging a ride. Two different people said they were arranging itAnd of course it didn’t happen. Very frustrating PM.
