Victor greeted me with a smiling face, asked if I needed anything taken care of specifically, and assured me he would contact me as soon as my service was complete and did exactly that. My Subi service was completed much quicker than I thought it would take and I enjoyed paying for my service online ahead of picking my Subi up so I was in and out of the dealership in less than five minutes. Great job!

out of town Thursday morning , as far as I’m concerned that crap should be checked, so again I have to spend my time, to get fixed
If I ran my business like that I would have failed , I took it to Sabaru dealership to eliminate small problems at more money mind you, obviously it didn’t matter

Worst experience ever. They wouldn't fix the damage caused by a subaru technician unless I paid $600 for the part.. I wouldn't so I had to pay $150 to get my car back. Not sure fault another subaru dealership damaged the repair, I had most recently been to Sierra and am not a car expert. How the **** would I know which dealership to take the car to? That is on you all to figure out before charging me. Absolute slime balls.

I waited 2.5 hours to get my car service. 5 other guests got their cars done first before me and I arrived earlier than them. I was the last customer on the waiting area. I was patient due to circumstances but to see other people get their service done before you and you were there first is outrageous.
We still have more to explore about my car's problem, but Jaime is exploring some options.
