Courtesy with great service
While the service department completed the recall, other problems were discovered and not brought to my attention until after the job was done. I would have appreciated input and a phone call about the problems on my vehicle while the service team had the vehicle dismantled and had access to the problem/part, especially when it comes to the airbag, which the service team was working on. Now I am concern about my safety and anyone who is in my car.

Steven was excellent and far exceeded my expectations. He was super honest about my car’s needs in my circumstances. And he went out of his way to even give me a coupon for the service too.
Vehicle was damaged while there for 3 months. They agreed to make repairs and paint. The paint was not done as agreed. I am waiting to hear back as to when they will pick up the vehicle to paint properly.
Steven was great. It is not in his control . The manager , Candice made the decisions and I am waiting to hear from her.
