I seem to get coupons for service about 2 months before the next service date. The coupons expire before my service is really due. Maybe you get the timing down a little better. Otherwise I am happy with my Outback and your service department.

First I was getting my 120k maintenance and I asked for a compression test be performed to possibly see where I'm burning oil and let me know which spark plug had any fauling on them. It was not performed anf no communication! Second my suspension is worn anf you hesitate ( I had the money) and need to " inspect". Then you tell me its ok and if I want struts just for thr rear is going to be 900 bucks! That's rediculess I can buy blisteins for 500 for 4 struts. Typical dealership just get the car and process it out the door. Im in the market for a new SUV anf its not goig to be a Subaru. Later duds
Jaime was awesome and explained the service that was being performed on my STI. His estimate on when the service would be completed was accurate. However, I was disappointed with the level of care that was taken by the technicians as I discovered scuff marks on the driver-side side skirt when the service was complete. It looked like someone had stepped on the side skirt when entering or exiting my vehicle. Jaime said he would have it buffed out during the next service. Jaime should be commended for his exceptional customer service.

A sensor failed giving us numerous warning lights, Sierra diagnosed the issue and replaced the sensor, or valve body to fix the problem. I had the car towed in Tuesday evening, the appointment was for Wednesday morning, and the car was done in the early afternoon. Jaime was great at keeping us updated.
Rafael is always so pleasant and makes sure we are taken care of.
