Two items...if it's a busy Saturday and your booked you should have multiple courtesy car washers...and hour wait is too long...and it's not good to say I got you out early...but courtesy wash would take an hour...second item..my service was on Sat and on Monday morning low tire pressure light...both front tires low...was late for the office...someone didn't do their job...talked to my other Subaru friends and they don't have these issues at other dealerships.
