The service itself was fine but some of the customer service is lacking. I was told you had a shuttle service to take me to work and pick me up to get the car after servicing. While in theory this exists it is not something anyone can plan on. I had an hour to get to work and it took 45 min for the shuttle to arrive. The driver was not familiar with common routes to avoid traffic. I was told while in the shuttle that return trips from Arcadia only went until 2:00. I tried to get a pickup during lunch but that didn't work. A driver was finally arranged for 2:30 . I will continue to use you for service but I don't feel I can trust your shuttle. Last time I waited an hour for pick up. I feel I will have to arrange other transportation in the future. My previous dealership did not have this inconvenience.

Time to complete the minor repair and wash car -- 2 1/2 hours -- seemed excessive. Mr Vega was apologetic. Thought appointments were to speed up the process.

Arthur was extremely helpful at every step of the way. I came into your service department after overheating on the freeway on the way home from a family vacation. Arthur did an excellent job taking care of my car and my family by getting us into a rental car and making sure that my car was diagnosed and repaired quickly.

Very nice great serivice. People at dynamic auto body seemed upset that they had to fix the scratch they originally fixed, Aaron stated he didn't care and that as long as they fix it and we are happy is all that matters. Thanks Aaron for the service very professional.

Your guys did an excellentjob, however buying a 2018 vehicle you would think that navigation would be current. It is not. And they were unable to get a more current update. They did what they could. But I can find location on my phone which is older. But I can't find on new car. Two seperate locations I had to go to couldn't find either. Need to update new cars with new GPS not put in old models and call them 2018. Sure it is factory , but not very fair to be buying new car and getting old GPS.
