Jaime is great. He’s helped me in the past and look forward to the next service. Sierra Subaru’s sells department needs people like Jaime on their team to show them what customer service is really about. I would never buy a car from Sierra Subaru but will continue to have my cars serviced here because of employees like Jaime.
Mr. Ortiz was easily the most incompetent service technician I have ever experienced in my life. I understand he is new, but it doesn't make up his innabilty to initiate a phone call. There was absolutely no communication for days. I had to call every day for an update and for the first several days there were no updates at all. He had the audacity to ask me to pick up my car after day 1 and bring it back another time. I brought the car in on Tuesday of last week and he only called me ONCE (on Saturday) for an update and it became immediately apparent that he had no clue what was done to my vehicle and/or what needed to be done to my vehicle. I asked to speak to Candace who was much more professional and aware. It took over a week for Subaru to fix my issue and the overall experience was terrible. Thankfully I was provided a free rental but it didn't make up for the lack of communication and horrendous service. Also, I was told the car was going to be washed, and it wasn't.
Mr. Vega was the best service representative I have ever encountered! Can't wait to return for my next service to work with him.
Didn't keep me updated and I missed appointments. My appt with Subaru was at 11am and I didn't get my car till 3pm. When I dropped my car off he said 1 hr 45 min so I missed my dogs get appt
Came in for an oil change at 4:50pm and was able to get the oil change I needed for a trip.

The Service department did not seem busy at all. I had an appointment and Waited 1.5 hrs for a basic oil challenge !!!!

They offered a shuttle but I had to call twice after over an hour of waiting for it. They didn't wash my car after a $70 oil change. They don't have a nitrogen tank to refill my tires appropriately.
