I am so grateful for the prompt, professional and exceptional service. Jaime greeted me promptly and helped me get processed quickly despite my not having an appoinment. He arranged for me to be dropped off at my work. I arrived at ten minutes to 8 and I was at work at 810. Thank you! This experience has made me choose Sierra Subaru for my future Subaru needs and I will recommend you to my Subaru friends and family.

Brought my 2018 in for warranty repairs. The infotainment system didn't work properly from day one. Candis filed a report with the field engineer, but three weeks passed before hearing anything about replacement parts or a remedy from the engineer. The staff was courteous, but I think it took to long to fix. Since picking it up, the problem has been remedied and the car is finally working the way a new car should. I understand this is a warranty repair, and that's why new vehicle warranties are provided - but I felt they should have coordinated and communicated better with the dealership.

I was very satisfied, Arthur was very helpful in explaining the process and what was inspected and informed me of what needs attention at the next visit. I do miss the car washes the dealership used to offer, I understand it has ceased for several months now, but it was a nice touch.

Service is good except the shuttle, took over 25 minutes waiting with all sorts of employees passing by without checking the shuttle is and when the shuttle finally showed up, the driver told me that I have to wait for another ride because he has to take the other passenger that came after me,

Jaime was willing to work with me and was communicative. I have to bring my car back to have the acceleration evaluated but not Jaime's doing. He was great to work with and very professional.
