It’s no fault of the service representative (Daniel). It’s just that I spent 3 hours waiting for a diagnostic assessment of my Eyesight and the result was that it seems to be working fine. No problems could be found. I ran errands and during one of the trips today, the Eyesight system failed to initiate when I started the car. I had to turn the engine off, wait for a few mins and restart the car. The problem remains yet the tests done today showed nothing wrong. (But obviously there is something wrong if the Eyesight keeps doing that)

My wife and kids have a trip planned to Mammoth Mtn and she let me know that the Subaru Outback has an oil warning light on. So I rushed it over to Sierra Subaru at 2:00 pm on 12/30 thinking I could just get them to top off the fluids but Arthur and the team were very helpful and recommend to do a full service for safety. The job was done really quick and I was out the door quick. Arthur was very helpful and accommodating especially on a day before a big holiday Top notch and very professional all the way through. Arthur gets high marks and a strong recommendation from me.

Arthur has exceptional customer service skills which are rarely seen today. I would hire him in a minute if he ever is in need of employment. The only issue was with my vehicle technician who erased my speed fail numbers on my phone. Very frustrating to say the least.
