Always very informative and helpful.
Arthur provided excellent service. He kept me informed during the whole process my car was serviced. He waited for me until I got there after closing to get my car which was so wonderful. Thank you
Am impressed by your employees and how each one greats me when I come. They are helpful and polite.
Everything was fine. Daniel was great.
Did not complete everything I asked for. I brought it to Jaimes attention and he wanted me to bring the car back. This is the third time they have messed up. Last time they didn’t plug my oil pan and it leaked all over the lower cover and stained my driveway. They didn’t even clean the mess of my car when I took it back. I took it back and they damaged my rim and tire. I figured third time was the charm, boy was I wrong. They also charged me $201.00 for an oil change, filter change and rotated my tires. I will never be taking my vehicle back to Sierra Subaru.
We are still in the process to find out what the problem is with the oil consumption with the car. So far, I am satisfy with the customer service
Arthur was very personable and helpful and explained everything clearly and concisely so that I was able to understand. I was very pleased with my service visit. Thank you!
Arthur helped to rush the service in one hour so I can go pick up my kids from their class on time.
Jamie is awesome and he’s help me many times
He was friendly, gave me an accurate time frame and helped with all my questions.
Jaime got me in and out in a very reasonable timeframe.
Daniel was so helpful. He did an excellent job.
Friendly, professional, and quick.
Arthur helped me resolve a problem and my battery was replaced at no cost to me.
Arthur was polite, professional, explained everything throughly. He contacted me as soon as my vehicle was ready, and went over the check point list. He gave a recommendation when the vehicle should come back for maintenance. I will be happy to bring my vehicle back to Arthur.
My new car was filthy when returned to me. The back window was so bad........
My service writer said that he did not anticipate my car being ready for me at the time promised. No. I had already told him to keep all day if required to fix a defect that was difficult to detect. The car being dirty was not my primary concern. When the car was brand new, it stalled, not completely, when accelerating from zero, when turned hard right or left. It stalls to about 5 miles per hour, for about 4 or 5 seconds, then goes OK. In about October, the symptoms diminished. But then in December the dash readout for mileage dropped to 11 MPG. Then a week ago, the reading is about 19. (22/23 when brand new). Today your tech could not sense the now reduced amount of hesitation when accelerating. But I noticed it tonight. Were it not for the previous extreme symptoms, I would just drop the matter and try to live with it. But I feel that there is a factory defect in the fuel system, that may show up when the car has 36,001 miles. So I want it fixed or replaced.
