Arthur was so helpful to me in taking care of my issues with my side view mirrors today and made the necessory repairs. I had my two miniature snazuer dogs with me and we waited in the newly renovated service building for a couple of hours and did quite well. I thank Subaru for the fine service.

I was disappointed the vehicle wasn’t washed. Every other vehicle I’ve ever owned, every time I took it in for any service, I received the vehicle back it had been washed.
Daniel did a good job, but it was not great. I would say my visit was an 8/10. I did not feel as welcome to the dealership. It could have been because it was busy and I was a walk-in. It seemed like it was too much trouble to ask for things such as a car wash. I was told I would have to wait another 2 hours for a car wash, which did not seem reasonable.
I was a little unsure about returning to Sierra Subaru for service. My first experience was confusing for me and I don’t feel like the customer service was very good. I am pleased to say that Aurthur totally turned that view around. Great service and very knowledgeable and friendly. I will likely return for future service based on my interaction with Arthur. Thank you Arthur!!
Thank you for your excellent service! Other dealerships do no compare with suchbawesome service! The only complaint is when I left, The lot was blocked so I had to wait. All in all, very satisfied!
